The house has many popular amenities such as an Elevator, free solar heated pool, large private hot tub, beach cabana service Memorial Day to Labor Day (2 umbrellas and 6 chairs) and a gas grill.
The heart of the home is the expansive gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances where there are 2 dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators pantries and microwaves! The granite countertops and an island provides plenty of space for culinary enthusiasts to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're hosting a formal dinner or a casual brunch, the dining areas can comfortably seat 21, creating the perfect ambiance for shared meals and lasting memories.
The spacious living areas are thoughtfully designed to provide relaxation and entertainment. For those seeking outdoor enjoyment, the private pool and hot tub beckon you to indulge in leisurely afternoons under the sun or tranquil evenings under the stars. Powder room, Reading Loft, King ensuite bedroom with TV and oversized shower, King ensuite bedroom with dual vanity and jacuzzi tub, TV and private deck.
Middle Floor: King ensuite bedroom with TV and private deck, Queen ensuite bedroom with TV and access to deck with large hot tub, Ensuite bedroom with 3 bunk beds, Mid Den w/ large TV and with full bath and Queen bedroom with TV and deck access. Laundry room.
